Having supervised 30+ student-employees and instructors every semester for over a decade, I excel in setting performance expectations, as well as providing leadership and coaching. I prioritize building strong relationships with my team members, taking the time to understand their individual strengths, and nurturing a positive, inclusive, and supportive work culture.
Learning Design
I utilize best practices in instructional design to enrich student engagement and optimize learning results across online, hybrid, and traditional classroom environments. I am proficient in Blackboard, Canvas, Google Classroom, and Moodle for course development.
Project Management
Presently serving as co-project director for several multi-year initiatives, including a two-year National Endowment for the Humanities grant, I excel in coordinating projects, planning events, and managing instructional projects in higher education using tools like Basecamp, Notion, Figma, and Google Apps.

Data Analytics, Budgeting & Reporting
I priotize data collection and craft comprehensive annual reports, strategic plans, and white papers. I manage three departmental accounts with a combined annual budget exceeding $150k.
Web Prescence & Social Media
As the webmaster and social media coordinator for three sites, I manage their digital presence by designing social media posts, creating marketing materials, publishing monthly newsletters, and curating website content.
