The first time you log in you will be asked to confirm your your interview availability. Toggle on days of the week and time slots to add availability for automated interview scheduling.

The Applicant Profile houses all candidate data, including screening answers, assessment scores, and documents. You can also text them directly via the Messages tab. Click outside the profile to close it.

The Openings screen displays all accessible jobs, their locations, and hiring status. Use this screen to quickly filter and manage your listings.

After connecting your Indeed account, you can promote your opening in a few quick steps:
  • Budget & Schedule: Set your total spend and choose your campaign dates.
  • Refine: Adjust your posting title and review job details.
  • Launch: Review your final summary and go live.
Your active campaign details will then appear on the Overview tab for easy tracking. Click anywhere to continue.

The Applicants screen centralizes candidates from all your openings. Click any column header to sort your list, or select an applicant’s name to view their full profile. To jump to a specific job's details, simply click the opening's name.
