As I continue to seek to understand how unique adult learners are, I am amazed at what I discover that can be used to reach every adult learner. Reaching learners through the implementation of educational technology can help ensure that all learners find value and usefulness in their own education journeys. Learners will feel welcomed, safe, and accepted into a learning environment which sees to enhance the growth of each learner, no matter where the learn is on the educational technology train. Let's not forget to listen to the feedback from our learners so that we can reflect and can better serve future learners.
