This course is delivered through a combination of online and work-based learning to develop a range of leadership and management skills. The programme is delivered modular, and learners will complete a range of assessments to determine their knowledge and understanding of the module content.Modules will be delivered through mandatory webinars comprising of learners from across Circle Health Group. Prior to each webinar learners will be required to complete preparatory work which will be sent to them in advance by the course tutor.

The ILM Level 3 course is a nationally recognised leadership and management qualification which is accredited on national framework at level 3. As well as gaining certification for the work completed, on submission of successfully completed assignments learners are eligible for student memberships with ILM during their studies. On successful completion of these assessments they will be credited for modules completed and can use these towards to full ILM Level 3 qualification. To gain the full qualification learners are required to complete all 6 mandatory modules as well as one optional unit which could we recommend as either Giving briefings and making presentations or Conflict Management.tutor.

The level 3 Recognising Leaders course is aimed at new, aspiring or existing leaders who have no formal management qualifications. The course is taught through face-to-face or digital sessions via Microsoft Teams. To complete the Recognising Leaders course learners are offered 2 completion routes. These are the level 3 award in leadership and management, or the level 3 certificate in leadership and management. Learners attend 2 days of learning to complete the course regardless of the route they choose to take. These 2 taught days cover the materials required to achieve the award in leadership and management through class discussions and digital activities. If a learner would like to complete the certificate in leadership and management they would be required to complete these 2 days alongside self-directed learning activities exploring business theories and models.
