Recognising Leaders

The level 3 recognising leaders course is a course aimed at new, aspiring or existing leaders who have no formal management qualifications. The course is taught digitally through Microsoft Teams which provides the perfect platform for collaboration. To complete the course learners will attend 7 scheduled digital sessions in 2 blocks of 3 and then 4 days. Attendance at all sessions within each block is required and through the digital tools and class discussions learners will explore business theories and models, with the opportunity to contextualise these in their daily practices. At the end of each block of learning learners can complete the assessment activities which are submitted to the Institute of Leadership and Management for marking. These activities consist of completion of workbooks, assignment questions, recorded presentations and professional discussions.
