Why a 'people first' approach will make your results flourish

This 12-month programme is designed to introduce early career professionals to key leadership and management skills that will support them throughout their developing career with Circle Health Group. Through a variety of activities and experiences this programme aims to:

  • Introduce potential future leaders to key Leadership and Management
  • To raise each learner’s self-awareness using a number of diagnostic tools
  • Create an interactive environment that will examine various concepts with colleagues and learners across the organisation
  • Examine how effective Leadership and Management can improve patient safety and experience.
  • Establish professional networks that will support them through their careers.

Future leaders who successfully complete this programme will be able to:

  • Articulate what it means to be a leader and a manager.
  • Describe key leadership principles that they will be able to apply through their career.
  • Identify how effective management techniques can be used to achieve high performance.
  • Apply development techniques to improve their own, and their team’s performance.
  • Utilise various techniques to deliver operational excellence.

Modules will be delivered over a 12- month period. Each module will include the following activities:
