AD Tools – PCI Compliance ReviewPart of your job includes the handling of sensitive information relating to policy holders’ bank accounts, credit cards and personal information. It is critical to maintain PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance standards in our organization, particularly when handling credit card transactions.Failure to adhere to these standards not only puts our customers' trust at risk but also exposes our company to severe penalties and potential legal repercussions.

Employee Sign-Off for PCI Compliance and Personal Information ProtectionI, [Employee's Full Name], hereby acknowledge that I have received training and guidance regarding PCI compliance and the protection of personal information in the course of my employment with [Company Name]. I understand the importance of adhering to PCI compliance standards and the legal and ethical obligations associated with handling customers' personal information. I further understand that failure to comply with these standards may result in severe penalties for both myself and the company.

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to:

  • Safeguard any credit card information or other sensitive data entrusted to me during my duties.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures for securely processing transactions. Customers Card information should be input directly into the system. The information should not be documented or retained.
  • Protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
  • Report any suspected breaches of PCI compliance or data security incidents promptly to the appropriate Management Team Member.
  • I agree to comply with all PCI compliance requirements and company policies related to the protection of personal information to the best of my ability. I understand that any violation of these standards may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
