Feedback is a great way to build community and help motivate teachers to work together as a team towards bigger goals!

Reminders!
- Switching things up for round #2 of peer feedback.
- You and your partner(s) must select/agree on a lesson in which you will swap recordings. It has to be the SAME lesson for everyone!!
- Once in your breakout room provide the recording link to your peer for review.
- At this time, mute your mic and watch the recording. You are being given this time in the meeting so you do not have to set aside time outside of the meeting use it accordingly!!
- Begin to add feedback to the form as you watch the recording!
Benefits of a Feedback Loop:
- Encompasses various aspects of a person's performance- communication skills, classroom management, engagement strategies, presentations, etc.
- Describe notices without passing judgment...this is a judgment-free zone!
- Be mindful that feedback is not meant to hurt you or your work but use it as an opportunity to grow as a teacher and also increase the engagement of your students.
- Results when participating in a peer feedback loop:
skill development, refine your work, gain other perspectives, error detection, knowledge sharing, accountability, quality assurance, professional growth, deepen your understanding of teaching strategies, and to learn new strategies

- Goal (Round #2)- The goal is to leverage peer feedback and build collaborative thought partnerships in order to deepen understanding and enhance the implementation of teaching strategies.

Glow: What is one thing your partner did great that should be celebrated? You need to highlight 3 (minimum) Opportunity: What opportunity is there for growth or adjustment that you noticed? You need to identify 2 (minimum) Treat: What strategies/questioning techniques/presentation ideas can you bring back to your own classroom to enhance your teaching practice or student learning? You need to find 1 treat (minimum)! Complete the Classroom Clock

PLC participants will be paired with a colleague(s) and view a recording of their colleague teaching a guided instruction or live class. You will swap recordings of the same lesson or live class activity being taught.Each teacher will give and receive peer feedback, and share evidence of how implementing peer feedback impacted their teaching, future instructional strategies/activities, and student learning. A feedback form will be provided that each of you will complete and will guide you as to the specific feedback that needs provided. Something new- Classroom Clock!
