MISSION
INTRODUCTION
CHARACTERS
Your goal is to explore the 'hottest' boundary contests in the world, and be able to explain the different types of boundaries. These disputes are important when understanding the divides across the world. Each destination will provide you with information, clues, and details of boundaries, borders, and what the disputes are. Each correct location will grant you a number, which you will use to crack the safe to 'escape' the mission. If you answer a question wrong, you'll be sent back to the beginning, so answer carefully!

BREAKOUT
China has several land and territorial disputes about countries or lands that they believe are fully under their control. Today you'll look at Taiwan. Other examples include Hong Kong, Tibet, and the Spratly Islands in the South China.
The United Nations is one of the main governing bodies over international disputes. These include: country vs country, international waters and Antarctica.
While not always thought of as a colonial power, Japan has exerted colonial influence for centuries in East Asia. The breakdown and remnants of that leave Japan involved in territorial disputes with most of their neighbors.
Iran has several conflicts with it's neighboring countries, because while most in the region are majority Muslim countries, Iran practices Shia Islam, while the others practice Sunni Islam. Their religious and ethnic differences ignite conflict.
