Birgit Umaigba is. registered nurse in Canada. She has been recognized as Canada's top 100 ABC Accomplished Black Canadian Women this year (2024). She is a huge advocate for nurses worldwide.
The author/commentator for this source is Fred DuVal. He is involved with many Arizona politics, and even ran for Mayor against Doug Ducey in 2014. He is married to Dr. Jennifer Hecker DuVal, who holds high authority for MayoClinic, which explains his connection to the input he made on the medical crisis we are currently facing.
