MATERIAL TO USE

  • Playing field with a rectangular shape
  • Net similar to the one in tennis (1.07 cm) located on the central line of the field.
  • Ball made of foam rubber that has an easy bounce. Its circumference ranges from 60-70 cm.

NUMBER PARTICIPANTS

The number of players depends on the dimensions of the field (between 3 and 20 players).

HOW TO PLAY?

  • The game consists of sending the ball into the opponent 's court so that it hits the ground twice in succession, or so that the opponent cannot return it.
  • The team that wins 3 sets is the winner. Each set is played to 25 points and there will always be a difference of 2 points. If there is a draw, a maximum of 5 sets will be played and the fifth set will be 15 points.
  • The point is scored when:

→ The ball is thrown out of court. → The ball bounces twice in a row on the ground. → The ball does not go over the height of the net. → The same player touches the ball twice. → The team hits the ball more than three times.

GAME RULES

  • The ball can be hit with any part of the body.
  • The serve is performed from the central circle with the feet inside and without jumping.
  • The players have freedom of movement in the zones, but always without invading the adjacent zone.
  • Each team has a maximum of three touches and three bounces (one between each hit).
  • A player cannot touch the ball twice in a row.
  • After 3 consecutive points by one team, both teams change server and zone.
  • Está prohibido:

→ Invading the opponent's court over or under the net. → Blocking the serve without previous play. → Touching the net with any part of the body. → Changing a player from one zone to another without having finished the set.

DRAWING OF THE PLAYING FIELD

The playing field is divided into two parts. In each part there are two zones (front and back) and a central circle which is the service zone.
