Dealers will need to set up a one time Memo Part Number within Gold to redeem SMART Rewards vouchers. This only needs to be done once.
In just a few simple steps you can process customer SMART Rewards vouchers. Click on the steps below to learn more.
1. Navigate to Part Maintenance > Part Number Details 2. Create a part using the main AGCO prefix, for example AG-LOYALTY. This will be the part number you search for in the future.

3. Enter the Description as LOYALTY. 4. Set the Part Type to Memo. 5. You can input a value in the VAT Inc Price field to set a default value, for example £25.00, or leave it blank. 6. Select OK to save the changes.

When a customer presents a voucher to be redeemed, the dealer must: - Ensure the product is available to be purchased and is an eligible AGCO product. - Check if the voucher is valid on AGCONET. Did you know? Customers can redeem multiple vouchers at once.

1. Once an Advice has been created, select Insert from the bottom left corner. 2. Search for the Memo Part Number that you created: AG-LOYALTY. 3. Update the Price to match the net (VAT Exlusive) voucher amount. For Example, £20.83 for a £25.00 voucher. 4. Set Sold as -1 to deduct the voucher amount from the Advice. 5. Change the Description to the Voucher Number. 6. Select OK and the voucher will be added to the Advice.
