Add your note and click Save. A white corner will appear on the schedule to show that a note has been added.

The note pad will appear. A time and date stamp of when the last update made, as well as the initials of who made the update can be seen.
Right click on the schedule to see the notes summary on the Job Quick View screen. Click Open Note.
