Engineer Task Number

  • Each engineer will have a number next to their name.
  • If the number is anything other than 0, it denotes the engineer has tasks in the Unscheduled List.
  • You can click on the number to open the Unscheduled List and navigate to that engineer.
Did you know? When you schedule a task from the Unscheduled List, the number next to the engineer’s name will change accordingly.

Engineer Department and ID numbers

  • Each engineer will have their Department and ID numbers next to their name.
  • The first number denotes the Department, and the second number is the ID of the engineer.
Did you know? The ID and Department number for each engineer is visible against their name in all homescreen views (Day, Work Week, Week) and the Time Allocation screen.

Tool Tip

Hover over an engineer’s name to bring up the Tool Tip view, which will show:

  • Available: Total number of hours that engineer has available for that day.
  • Tasks: Total number of tasks assigned to that engineer for that day.
  • Used: Total number of hours that engineer has used for that day
The Tool Tip will change based on the activity carried out on Scheduler. For example, if you schedule them a job that lasts 1 hour, then the available hours will become 2, the tasks will become 1, and the used will become 1. If you have applied filters, the information shown when may be affected.

Depot

  • When viewing a specific depot, the Depot Number will be displayed.
  • When in All Depots view, it will display No Depot Selected instead.
