Creation and Strengthening of the USAF
During the GWOT, The security, particularly the USAF Security Forces which is an organization fighting against terrorist attacks, has been strengthened following the GWOT, they playing an important role in protecting strategic installations.
The USAF is a big help for the GWOT System, bc he help them to overthrow many terrorist group like Taliban in Afghanistan

Alliances and Partnerships
During the GWOT, the US strengthened its alliances, such as with OTAN and other countries. They also enhanced their regional partnerships, particularly with countries like Australia, Japan, and South Korea. The U.S. sought to form partnerships with moderate Muslim countries to combat extremism. Lastly, cooperation with neighboring countries of Afghanistan and Iraq was crucial.
the consequencEON THE USA

The US continues actively its fight against terrorism. And the US has reduced its military presence in Iraq. Their international alliances and partnerships have been a major aid in combating terrorism. Finally, the United States remains engaged in the fight against terrorism, adapting their strategies to address a new threat.
