Shower and Get Dressed 8:15 AM

Pack Bag and Gear 11:00 PM

Get Off The Bus 10:30 AM

Landon puts his headphones on and keeps to himself on the ride to the game until it is time to get off the bus and grab equipment.

Landon packs up his pads, sticks, and unifrom the night before the game.

Landon changes into the team issued white polo and khakis.

Arrive To Bus 9:00 AM

Wake Up 8:00 AM

Landon wakes up around 8 AM the mornings of away games.

Landon arrives at the bus to grab his seat and put his equipment away for the ride.

Put On Pads and Drink Pre-Workout11:30 AM

Walk To The Locker Room and Get Taped Up 10:50 AM

Landon puts on the rest of his gear and drinks his pre-workout to have more energy for the game ahead.

Landon gets both his ankles and wrists taped for the game.

Hop Onto The Field To Shoot Around 11:10 AM

Pre-Game Team Talk 11:45 AM

Landon and the team meet in the locker room to meet with Coach and get hyped up for the game.

Landon warms-up and stretches and takes shots on an empty net to get a feel for the day.

Team Warmup 12:00 PM

Landon and the team go through specially picked drills to warmup with before the game

Landon and the team enjoy food after the game with family and friends.

Bus Ride Home 3:30 PM

Game Time 1:00 PM

Landon prepares himself for the game ahead and runs out to the field.

Landon and the team travel home from the game. Celbration occurs with a win.
