Introduction
The high demand for Sumatran fish requires hatchery production to provide these fish, but obstacles often occur due to high mortality and egg hatching.
Spawning using the immersion method is the best way to minimize mortality, and to accelerate the spawning and ovulation process, the hormone ovaprim™ is needed.
The immersion density of Sumatran fish in immerse hormonal induction for spawning could potentially be increased to achieve efficient use of hormones
Research Question
2. What is the optimal density of Sumatran fish induced by immersionusing Ovaprim™?
1. Whether different densities of fish in Ovaprim™ immersion forspawning induction have an effect on spawning parameters (number of eggsexpelled, fertilization rate, hatching rate and survival rate) of Sumatran fish?Sumatra fish?

Goals and benefit
Benefit
Goals
1. To determine the effect of Ovaprim™ immersion with the same dose but at different densities on spawning parameters (number of eggs released, fertilization rate, hatching rate and survival rate) of Sumatran fish. 2. Knowing the optimal density of Sumatran fish induced by immersion using Ovaprim™.
1. Provide information on the effect of Ovaprim™ immersion with the same dose but at different densities on spawning parameters (number of eggs released, fertilization rate, hatching rate and survival rate) of Sumatran fish. 2. Provide information on the optimal density of Sumatran fish induced by immersion using Ovaprim™.

Design of Research
The design of this study consisted of 6 treatments without replicates carried out in bulk, in each treatment observing a sample of 100 eggs with 3x replicates.
Treatment
P0 = Without Ovaprim™ immersion with a ratio of 10 tails/lP1 = Ovaprim™ immersion with a ratio of 10 tails/l P2 = Ovaprim™ immersion with a ratio of 15 tails/l P3 = Ovaprim™ immersion with a ratio of 20 tails/l P4 = Ovaprim™ immersion with a ratio of 25 tails/l P5 = Ovaprim™ immersion with a ratio of 30 tails/l
Population
Parameters measured were spawning latency time, number of eggs released, fertilization rate, hatching rate, survival rate in Sumatran fish (Puntius tetrazona) that had been treated with Ovaprim™ hormone immersion using a dose of 1.5 ml/l with a density ratio of up to 30 fish/liter

Data and Analysis
Data on latency time, fertilization rate, hatching rate and survival rate will be analyzed descriptively presented in tables, graphs, and figures as an average ± 95%, and described according to the statistical and descriptive analysis that has been carried out.
THANKS!
on Sumatran fish at a dose of 1.5 ml/l was also considered effective for inducing spawning with a density of 10 fish/l.

The administration of rGH hormone was also carried out on eel fish at a density of 25 fish/100mL reared for 8 weeks, which proved successful in increasing biomass by 28%.
Immersion of rElGH in catfish at a density of 300 fish/100 mL successfully increased weight growth by 20.40% and survival by 14.5%
]immersion method in ray waders (Rasbora argyrotaenia) at a dose of Ovaprim™ of 1.4 m/l successfully induces spawning.
