Psycho-technical: these tests assess cognitive abilities/aptitudes such as: logical reasoning, spatial vision, memory, calculation, cognitive flexibility, general intelligence ....

Personality tests: they evaluate personality traits such as: extraversion, openness, flexibility, sociability, insecurity, emotional stability, toughness, adversity management, leadership,... Some of the best known are: 16PF, MBTI, Thomas International,...
