Peter: "I can do it tomorrow" Peter said that he could do it the following day. Teacher: "Mary must do her homework now" The teacher said that Mary had to do her homework then.

Statements

SUBJECT + SAID + THAT + SUBJECT + CHANGE OF TENSE + COMPL.

SUBJECT + TOLD + OI + THAT + SUBJECT + CHANGE OF TENSE + COMPL.

He said that he was disinfecting his desk before the new school year
He told her that he was disinfecting his desk before the new school year

Questions

Tipos de preguntas en inglés

...

Yes/No Questions

Wh- Questions

Yes/No Questions

Un ejemplo sería: The student asked the teacher if he could go to the toilet during the exam.

Wh- Questions

Un ejemplo sería: The students asked the teacher how many questions the exam had.

Suggestions

I'D EAT SANDWICHES EVERY SINGLE DAY. DON'T YOU?

NO, WE SHOULD EAT HEALTHIER

DADDY, YOU SHOULDN'T WORK SO HARD.

DID YOU WIN THE LOTTERY?

Suggestions

Si la orden es negativa, lo único que tenemos que hacer es poner la palabra NOT antes del 'to' Ejemplo: 'Don't do this!'She ordered me NOT TO do that.
