the goal 3 of the 2030 agenda proposed to guarantee and promote well-being for all ages. It focuses on different areas for intervention to combat chronic and comunicable diseases by promoting well-being and mental healthy. Great progress has been made in increasing life expectancy and reducing some of the most common causes of death related to infant and maternal mortality. Significant progress has been made in access to clean water and hygiene. For physical well-being we recommend following a healthy diet and physical activity.
what is the healthy pyramid?
The food pyramid shows the different food groups. It is divided into 6 levels, which represent the food groups. At the base we find the foods that we can eat most frequently, while at the top those to be eat limitedly. It is read from the base to the top.

Fast food and Slow food
The term JUNK FOOD is used to indicate all those foods that are useless or harmful to our body because they are poor in proteins , fibers , vitamins , by a high content caloric , as they are rich in sugars.
Slow Food is a global non-profit organization founded in 1989 by Carlo Petrini, to prevent the disappearance of local food cultures, defend regional traditions, have a slow life and counteract the rise of fast life and fast food.

Dairy
They include milk, yogurt and cheese. Milk and its derivative products are a rich source of dietary calcium and also provide protein, vitamin A, and vitamin D. Some example of dairy are milk and cheese.
Protein
Protein is a macronutrient. It is one of the three nutrients found in food that the body needs in large amounts. It is essential for the maintenance and building of body tissues and muscle. Proteins are made of small compounds called amino acids. Some example of protein are fish and eggs.
Friuts and vegetables
Fruits and vegetables contain many vitamins and minerals; different vegetables contain different balances of micronutrients, so it is important to eat a wide variety of types. Vegetables are organized into 5 subgroups based on their nutrients: dark green; red and orange; beans, peas, and lentils. Some example of fruit and vegetables are apple, orange, peas and carrots .
Carbohydrates
Carbohydrates, or carbs, are sugar molecules. Along with proteins and fats, carbohydrates are one of three main nutrients found in foods and drinks. our body breaks down carbohydrates into glucose. it is the main source of energy for your body's cells and organs. Some example of carbohydrates are pasta and bread.

Fats are a type of nutrient . It is essential to eat some fats, though it is also harmful to eat too much. The fats we eat give our body energy that it needs to work properly. Some example of fats are red meat and sweets.
