Jo is currently a student at CSU going for Jounralism and French. After taking 8 years to explore being an adult, now they are back as a first generation student ready to sieze the day. Jo is the creator of the First-Gen Tranmedia Project

- Jo grew up in Cripple Creek before living all up and down the Front Range
Caden Soto
Born in 2004, he is 20
Caden is a Jounralism major at CSU, as well as the future president of the First-Generation Initative for the Jounralism Department. Caden is also working on creating the first first-gen peer mentoring program at CSU
- Caden comes from Arvada
- Caden has interest in both business and music, with classes in both
About Mike
born in 1969, he is 55
Mike is a professor at CSU where he teaches the art of narrative storytelling and researches narrative listening. Mike has been with CSU since 2011 and has continued to deepen his passion for teaching others the art of telling the stories of others,
- Mike is an editor of the Internation Journal of listening
- Mike graduated from Westminster High School
Jimena Breton
Born in 1981, she is 43
Jimena is a CSU allum and current student. When she's not working on her coursework for her Ph.D, she is either working as the head of Student Success at the Morgan Library or as a mom to her son, Adrian
- Jimena is a captial L Librarian, meaning she has her masters in library sciences
- Jimena has been at CSU since her undergrad

Jelitza Garcia-Martinez
Born in 1998, she is 25
Jelitza completed her degree here at CSU where she was a part of Key Communities, CforE, and many other programs. After she finished, Jelitza moved on to work for the City of Fort Collins before deciding to come back to CSU and give back to her first Gen Community
- Jelitza graduated from Overland High School in Aurora
- Jelitza got her degree in Health and Excercise Sciences

This is Michelle

Michelle is an instructor of Journalism at CSU, as well as the head of the First Generation Initative for the Journalism Department. Michelle may not know it, but she's a mentor for many in the department!
- Michelle worked for Denver Public School District before CSU
- Michelle currently sits on the board for the Aurora Sentinel

Born in 2002, She is 21
Betty is an Aurora native who moved to Fort Collins to attend CSU. After needing a gap semester, Betty returned to Front Range Community College where she got her associates degree. Betty then returned to CSU where she is studying Journalism
- Betty was a reporter for the Front Range Repoter at FRCC
- Betty is also studying political communications
