MACRO Contesto

L'istituto scolastico è situato nel centro di Nizza Monferrato e rappresenta una risposta concreta ai bisogni espressi dal territorio in termini di esperienza, professionalità, istruzione e ricerca. Da 90 anni il fulcro dell'istruzione per i giovani dell'area geografica dei paesi limitrofi a Nizza . La scuola vanta un rapporto sinergico con le diverse realtà pubbliche e private del territorio: strutture assistenziali, scuole di grado e ordine diverso, biblioteche, cinema e teatri, imprese e enti locali. Il contesto socio-culturale ed economico di provenienza è medio-alto.

Negli ultimi due decenni si sono stabilite nel territorio famiglie migranti provenienti principalmente dalla Macedonia e il Marocco, ben integrate con il resto della popolazione e impiegate nei settori dell'agricoltura e dell'edilizia.Soprattutto i ragazzi in età scolastica sono integrati con i coetanei in modo coeso.

Durante l'a.s. ricorrono spesso le riunioni dei vari GLO sia per la redazione dei PEI che per un costante monitoraggio delle situazioni specifiche in collaborazione con le famiglie. In tutti i progetti scolastici ed extrascolastici, sportivi, linguistici, Steam, informatici, radiofonici ... l'inclusione è uno dei cardini della progettazione e realizzazione degli stessi .
