Effect from climate Change
The evironment has been dramatically effected by climate change is ways such as making the amazon drier as longer seasons of el Nino are occuring. Also with an increase in temperature, we are losing precious habitats that animals need to survive, casuing species to become endargered. "The changes over Amazonia in the deforestation case, in effect, resulted in the alteration of a series of climatologically significant parameters."
There are many things being done to combat this such as the anti-deforestation efforts which only increase the effects from gobal warming. More people are protesting and protecting parts of the amazon as a way to fight the ever growing loss of amazonian forests.
The global impact from the change in the amazon rainforest is detremental. The "lungs of the earth" is the nickname given to the amazon, and with our lungs becoming less usuable, we are going to struggle to breathe if we dont try to reverse these effects. Some other areas experienceing drier climates due to global warming is the northern part of the US as the the rains are going to become less frequent and more frequent in the south west portion of the US.
