Sushi is a Japanese dish that originates from an old technique of preserving fish meat in vinegared rice. Sushi is about 200 years old and initially, it was sold as street food, in a kind of fast food.

  • 1 sheet of nori seaweed;
  • 2 teaspoons of sushi vinegar;
  • Soy sauce;
  • Wasabi;

  • ½ spoon turmeric powder;
  • Ghee/Oil for cooking;
  • 1 large onion.
