As of today, most of the assessment processes (especially in high schools and higher education) are done with the help of tests using the traditional assessment methods. But even with the traditional testing methods we can still use Generative AI to help us and the students.
In this document, I have compilesd several options for how Generative AI can be used to preapre for traditional tests.
Next to each suggestion there are 2 options (click on the + sign next to each of them): 1. Why should you? - There one can find the rationale that explains why one should use this method of learning for exams (regardless of Generative AI)
2. Suggestions for a prompt/how to do it? -
- Suggestions for the prompt - This is a suggestion for the initial prompt that can help generate the dersired results. All that needs to done is copy the example to the blank prompt, fill in the relevant information in the missing parts and put it in a text generator.

In this case, the student received organized summaries in PDF form from the teacher, so creating a workable database should be quite simple. I uploaded the files to "Claude" and so it started. The following prompt works in a very cool way and I recommend you try using it, it's an example of how one can really learn with the tool and not just be afraid of cheating with it

אתמול נתקלתי בילד מהמם בכיתה י' שחשש לקראת המבחן הקרוב שלו בבילוגיה, האפשרות של שאלות פתוחות הלחיצו אותו והוא לא ידע איך ללמוד את החומר בצורה יעילה.. כמובן שמיד קראתי לחבר שלי קלוד לעזרה. במקרה של אותו הילד הוא מקבל סיכומים מסודרים בקבצי PDF מהמורה כך שהיה אמור להיות דיי פשוט לייצר מסד נתונים ולעבוד איתו, רשמתי אותו לקלוד והתחלנו.. הפרומפט הבא עובד בצורה מגניבה מאוד ואני ממליץ לכם לנסות להשתמש בזה, זו דוגמא איך אפשר באמת ללמוד עם הכלי ולא רק לחשוש מזה שירמו איתו.

But even with the traditional testing methods we can still use Generative AI to help us and the students. In this document, I have compilesd several options for how Generative AI can be used to preapre for traditional tests. Next to each suggestion there are 2 options (click on the + sign next to each of them): 1. Why should you? - There one can find the rationale that explains why one should use this method of learning for exams (regardless of Generative AI) 2. Yesterday I encountered a lovely student in 10th grade who was concerned about his upcoming biology test, the possibility of open-ended questions stressed him out and he didn't know how to study the material effectively... Of course I immediately called my friend "Claude" for help. In this case, the student received organized summaries in PDF form from the teacher, so creating a workable database should be quite simple. I uploaded the files to "Claude" and so it started. The following prompt works in a very cool way and I recommend you try using it, it's an example of how one can really learn with the tool and not just be afraid of cheating with it
"Act like an expert private tutor, you must help me learn the material that I am attaching. Show 5 options and I will choose from the content, you will refer to my choice. 1. Allow me to ask a specific question about the material. 2. Explain the material in an orderly manner (if the user chooses this option, you must explain the material step by step in an orderly manner. אתמול נתקלתי בילד מהמם בכיתה י' שחשש לקראת המבחן הקרוב שלו בבילוגיה, האפשרות של שאלות פתוחות הלחיצו אותו והוא לא ידע איך ללמוד את החומר בצורה יעילה.. כמובן שמיד קראתי לחבר שלי קלוד לעזרה. במקרה של אותו הילד הוא מקבל סיכומים מסודרים בקבצי PDF מהמורה כך שהיה אמור להיות דיי פשוט לייצר מסד נתונים ולעבוד איתו, רשמתי אותו לקלוד והתחלנו.. הפרומפט הבא עובד בצורה מגניבה מאוד ואני ממליץ לכם לנסות להשתמש בזה, זו דוגמא איך אפשר באמת ללמוד עם הכלי ולא רק לחשוש מזה שירמו איתו.
