LONDON, THE CAPITAL

London is the capital of England and the UK. It's a really big and interesting city, with a population of 15 milions. It's situated in the southeast of England, on the River Thames. London was founded by Romans on a Celtic village and conquered by Saxons and Normans.In 1800, London became the most populated city, passing by 864.000 habitants of 1801 to 5 milions of 1901. Now it's the third city in Europe for population. It's an important cultural city, with a big number of attractions, museums, concerts, teathres and art shows.

Day 1 · Tower Bridge and Oxford Street

The first day you'll arrive to London and you'll go to the hotel for check-in and baggages. Then we are going to Tower Bridge, a mobile and suspended bridge on the River Thames, famous for its two gothic towers. You'll see London from the glass floor, a beautiful viewpoint. We are going to visit Tower Bridge Museum, an attraction for his old cars. After the tour, everyone will be hungry so we're eating in a really good reasturant: The Ivy. In the afternoon we're going to Oxford Street, with so many shops and reasturants.

Day 2 · LONDON TOWER AND LONDON EYE

In the second day we're going to visit London Tower, a castle on River Thames. It's important for its roles in the centuries. The London Tower is composed by 3 buildings: Jewel House, Royal Armouries and the Bloody Tower. In the Jewel House we're going to see the crown's jewels. In Royal Armouries there is a national collection of arms and armours. Then we're visiting the Bloody Tower, where Edward V and Raleigh were imprisoned. We're eating in Bodean's Tower Hill, a reasturant near the London Tower. In the afternoon we're going on the London Eye, a wheel where you can see all the London landscape. It's 135m high and it has 32 capsules, it can transport 800 people!
