Article 5: Obligation to respect the rights and freedoms of others
Every person has the right to maintain autonomy over their body and mind, including the right to refuse any non-consensual modifications to their person, as well as the right to shape their being according to their own transhumanist choices.
Article 1: Right to bodily and cognitive autonomy
Individuals opting for transhumanist modifications are obligated to respect the fundamental rights and freedoms of other human beings, as well as any form of intelligent and conscious life.
Every individual has the right to equitable access to transhumanist technologies enabling the enhancement of their physical, cognitive, and sensory capacities, without discrimination.
Article 4: Right to co-creation with artificial intelligence
Article 3: Obligation of informed consent
Every individual considering transhumanist modifications is required to obtain informed, comprehensive, and non-coercive consent from themselves before any intervention or modification to their body or mind.
Everyone has the right to collaborate with artificial intelligences and to exploit their potential to expand mental, creative, and relational capacities, while ensuring the respect of dignity and individual freedoms.
