OPTION 2 A stereotype is a widely held and oversimplified image of a particular type of person related to their race, nationality, etc. What is your opinion about stereotypes? Discuss it with your partner. Talk about, at least, two of the following questions:

• Are stereotypes always negative?
• How do stereotypes influence our opinion about individuals?
• What role does the media play in maintaining or challenging stereotypes?
• Do you believe that they can be a starting point to learn about other cultures?
