Obligations to our clients, candidates and employees
We are committed to creating and maintaining an environment where candidates, employees, clients and others feel safe to ask questions and express their thoughts and concerns without fear of reprisal or humiliation. We believe in promoting a culture of respect, understanding and open dialogue, recognizing that diverse perspectives enhance our services and everyone's well-being.

Obligation to candidates and employees
We will give candidates and employees complete and accurate information provided by the clients regarding terms of employment, job descriptions and workplace conditions. We will pay all salaries and benefits in accordance with the terms and conditions of the assignment.

We respect the confidentiality of records in accordance with the law and good business practice, and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of digital security and data confidentiality. We will ensure that all personal and business data is protected and stored securely.

Respecting members' privileges and competitors' rights.
We will not abuse the privileges conferred upon us as members for the purpose of recruiting the staff of another member, or in any other way that might prejudice our candidates, employees or competitors.

We will treat all candidates and employees without prejudice and ensure equal employment opportunities based on employment qualifications, without discrimination based on race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, sex, age or mental or physical disability, or any other ground prohibited by law.

When looking to hire a candidate, we will refrain from recruiting a candidate we have already placed, or from encouraging or inciting a candidate we have placed to leave employment with one of our clients; we will also refrain from encouraging or influencing a person to end an assignment before the stipulated end-of-service date.
