What is Easter? Easter is one of the principal holidays, or feasts, of Christianity. It marks the Resurrection of Jesus . For many Christian , Easter is the end to the Lenten season. It’s the eggs celebration too! Childrens eat a lot of eggs on the Sunday!
How the American people wear at Easter?In the United States, it is common to wear pastel-coloured clothes and floral prints on Easter Sunday, as these colours are associated with spring and new beginnings. Women often wear dresses, while men may wear suits or sports coats.
How American family celebrate Easter? For Easter, Americans eat the "Easter meal" consisting of ham with corn and green beans.And there are of course the Easter Bunny’s chocolate eggs.
What about the Unitd Kingdom? In the United Kingdom, they eat hot breads and decorate the famous Easter eggs and they dance "the maypole dance" which consists of hanging on colored ribbons attached to the top of a large pole and dancing according to a certain choreography.

Easter actually originated as an ancient pagan celebration of the spring equinox. In Christianity, the day was dedicated to observing the resurrection of Jesus Christ, celebrated around the time of the Jewish Passover. As the Gospel of Christ spread, early Christians who did not participate in Jewish customs eventually merged their ceremonies with the pagan spring festival, recognizing Easter as "resurrection day.”
