Nice to meet you, I'm Charlotte

I am an open-minded and creative marketing junior with experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies across various European markets. Proven ability to understand marketing trends and to design innovative initiatives that have boost brand awareness.

In my free time I enjoy letting my creativity flow through photography and drawing. Thinking out of the box together with my creativity, curiosity, and perseverance has brought me to many different places and, along with my experiences, shaped me into who I am today. Being part of a team with international perspectives and bringing authentic and inspiring ideas to life would be seamlessly align with what I am looking for.

As a believer in energetic content and real stories to make people feel something, I am excited to share my enthusiasm and motivation for joining 87seconds and contributing to its success story. Ever since I was young, I have been fascinated by the world and its diversity. My eagerness to explore new horizons has caused me to study and work abroad since I was 18. My experiences abroad have also honed my skills in storytelling, creativity, and innovation. Immersing myself in different cultures and my experiences as a model has triggered my imagination and creativity and caused me to understand the power of compelling brand stories. When I started as an International Project Manager at GrowPro, my goal was to attract new markets in Europe causing me to set up our first marketing channels in English and to reinvent the company through the eyes of this new cultural target market. I have learned to approach marketing challenges with an open mind, embrace unconventional ideas, and think critically to develop innovative solutions that drive results.I believe I can make a difference in your company as the new Project Manager by effectively coordinating between clients and the inhouse talents of 87seconds, maintaining quality and ensuring the delivery of all projects. Understanding the unique needs of brands is something I am passionate about, and it's what drives me to ensure to deliver not just great productions, but ones that truly speak to the audience and leave a lasting impact. I am excited about the opportunity to contribute my 3 years project management expertise, creativity, and unwavering passion to help elevate the brand to new heights. GrowPro creates unique study and work experiences at international destinations for adventurous souls. As an International Project Manager, I am responsible for attracting new markets in Europe and making our services available to a larger customer base. This involves setting up and maintaining new marketing channels such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, as well as managing branding and campaigns. Through my experience in this role, I have learned that a hands-on approach and a strong willingness to collaborate are essential in creating the best customer experience. Howlanders provides travelers with a digital platform for outdoor tours and experiences in many places around the world. During my internship at Howlanders in the product department, my primary focus was on product creation. This involved a range of tasks, from writing content about new tours, contacting tour operators and closing agreements. Through my role as a product intern, I came to recognize that the entire process of brainstorming, developing, and launching a product into the market gives me great energy.

Campaign to drive brand awareness

We started this project because we discovered that there was a great need among our target audience to see what it is like to live in Sydney and how to find a room. Along with this video, we started creating City Guides and informative social media videos on tips and tricks for finding accommodation in Sydney. The ultimate goal of this project was to create brand awareness and credibility. We wanted to give the viewer a personal image of Noor living in Sydney. It was important to portray Noor's life as real as possible, a glimpse into her sports routine, moments with her friends and working from home. This combined with the interview in which Noor gives more information, paints an informative and inspiring picture.

Testimonial to boost credibility

We initiated this project with the aim of appealing to a new audience and building confidence. From the moment I joined GrowPro, our English-language marketing efforts have been successful in attracting an increasing number of individuals from non-Spanish speaking countries. To establish credibility, we decided to share the stories and experiences of these new clients through testimonials. We invited two clients and had them take turns choosing and answering questions about their experience living in Sydney and experience with GrowPro. This created funny conversations, great stories and a natural dynamic between the two guys. This testimonial has shown postive results for conversions on landing pages, direct contact with potential customers and on social media.
