We use have to on affirmative to express obligation: You have to clean your bethroom before i come back.

Affirmative is form by Subject + have to + verb in base form.

Have to Negative form

We use have to on negative to express a lack of obligation: He doesn´t have to come tomorrow.

Negative is form by Subject + don´t/doesn´t + verb base form.

Have to Interrogative form

We use have to on interrogative to ask for obligation about something: Does we have to go to the market in the afternoon?

Interrogative is form by do/does + subject+ verb base form
