In the superlative form we use -est for the final of a word to say that is the best or more than the others.

When a word is like a sandwich consonant-vowel-consonant. We twice the last consonant to do the superlative.

In some words we change the y for the i like:healthy-healthiest.

We use the most for words that had more than 3 syllables like: the most beautiful,the most dangerous,...
