Potato omelette
Preparation
First you need to wash, dry and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin slices and place them in a pan with olive oil at medium temperature so that they cook slowly, add the finely chopped onion. Slow fry it with the potatoes until they are soft and starting to brown.
Ingredients:
After about 10 minutes, drain the oil. Beat the eggs in a bowl with a little salt. Add the potato mixture with the onion. Replace the pan with some of the drained oil and add the entire mixture. Leave it on low heat, covering the pan, for about 5 to 10 minutes, until the bottom is golden. Turn the tortilla over on itself with the help of a plate and let it fall on the other side into the pan until it thickens. It should be golden on both sides. This is the result
