SSR Codes Used by JetBlue

JetBlue uses SSR codes to prepare for a Customer’s individual needs during travel.

A special service request or SSR code serves as a form of communication between Customers and Crewmembers. Certain SSR codes are automatically added by Interact to indicate specific information in a PNR. Other SSR codes are eligible for a Customer to add on jetblue.com, and others can only be added manually by a JetBlue Crewmember.
