The UPSers.com “Lifting up the voices, identities and life experiences of our LGBTQ+ UPSers” drove the most traffic out of all Pride content, with 8K page views and 7K visits.
Across social, Hispanic Heritage Month delivered a noteworthy increase in performance with 300K Impressions, 25K Video Views, and 10K Engagements including 7K Clicks, 2K Likes and 299 Shares.
AAPI content yielded higher traffic volume on About vs. UPSers, with an attention rate +15% above benchmark at 59% and 8K page views.

decisions by Latinos.The Latino Worker Project spoke to 150+ Latino workers across 15 companies, including several of our Crecer, Hispanic/Latino BRG members, about their views on what is important at work and how Latino culture influences attitudes and behaviors in the workplace.Based on these insights, the Latino Worker Project offers recommendations for talent strategies for a changing workforce and aims to start a dialogue around creating equitable and inclusive workplaces. Founder of the Christopher Wolf Crusade (CWC) and author of 'The Flight,' Cammie Wolf Rice joined the DEI team and EVP & Corporate Affairs and Sustainability Officer, Laura Lane, in a fireside chat. They discussed the opiod epidemic and fentanyl crisis. They discussed prevention tactics, CWC's mission and educated UPSers on the dangers of street drugs and how to have these conversations with children.

UPSers joined this informative session as they heard about the UPS DEI Impact Report, the DEI Roadmap, and how to foster a culture of belonging
April Session: Nearly 2,000 participants registered for this live session with more than 1,000 actual attendees. Participants had an 83% satisfaction score and 81% of participants indicated what they would do to support DEI in the next 30 days
June Session: 119 attendees joined the second session with 47% from Europe and 13% from Asia, Middle East, and Africa (AMEA). 91% of participants were satisfied with the event and 82% of participants indicated something they'll do in the next 30 days to support DEI locally

BEEP Spring Visits
The Black Executive Exchange Program was the National Urban League’s oldest signature program. Established in 1969, BEEP was developed out of the need to expose black college students to role models in business and government.
UPS joined the recruitment of diverse talent at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU's) and other select institutions with majority focus but a specific target on minority populations.
Let's Talk DEI - Iberia Edition
Let's Talk DEI was created to encourage UPSers across the organization to share their thoughts on what diversity, equity and inclusion means to them. This edition includes an interview of Romina Lorenzo and Loreto Fernandez-Roca, Iberia Country Manager and Iberia HRBP

Europe Sustainability Trailblazers
ESG Trailblazers aims to increase the “likelihood to recommend” metric for the region. This group formalizes an already existing collaboration between DEI, Community Relations and Sustainability on environmental stewardship, social responsibility, or corporate sustainability projects to make it clear, visible, and accessible to all UPSers.
Results:
- In total, a remarkable 200+ community engagement events were organized, generating 93K+ volunteer hours contributed last year. The Sustainability Trailblazers network has 2,600+ active and engaged members across the region. This heightened level of cooperation and commitment to Sustainability is a testament to the close partnership between UPS Foundation, HR DEI, BRG, and Corporate Sustainability.

The UPSers.com “Lifting up the voices, identities and life experiences of our LGBTQ+ UPSers” drove the most traffic out of all Pride content, with 8K page views and 7K visits.
Across social, Hispanic Heritage Month delivered a noteworthy increase in performance with 300K Impressions, 25K Video Views, and 10K Engagements including 7K Clicks, 2K Likes and 299 Shares.
AAPI content yielded higher traffic volume on About vs. UPSers, with an attention rate +15% above benchmark at 59% and 8K page views.

UPS proudly sponsored the Latino Worker Project, a new study by the HR Policy Association of America’s largest and fastest growing ethnic group, which revealed that family, relationships, and hard work are the key values that shape employment
decisions by Latinos.The Latino Worker Project spoke to 150+ Latino workers across 15 companies, including several of our Crecer, Hispanic/Latino BRG members, about their views on what is important at work and how Latino culture influences attitudes and behaviors in the workplace.Based on these insights, the Latino Worker Project offers recommendations for talent strategies for a changing workforce and aims to start a dialogue around creating equitable and inclusive workplaces. April Session: Nearly 2,000 participants registered for this live session with more than 1,000 actual attendees. Participants had an 83% satisfaction score and 81% of participants indicated what they would do to support DEI in the next 30 days
June Session: 119 attendees joined the second session with 47% from Europe and 13% from Asia, Middle East, and Africa (AMEA). 91% of participants were satisfied with the event and 82% of participants indicated something they'll do in the next 30 days to support DEI locally

BEEP Spring Visits
The Black Executive Exchange Program was the National Urban League’s oldest signature program. Established in 1969, BEEP was developed out of the need to expose black college students to role models in business and government.
UPS joined the recruitment of diverse talent at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU's) and other select institutions with majority focus but a specific target on minority populations.
Let's Talk DEI - Iberia Edition
Let's Talk DEI was created to encourage UPSers across the organization to share their thoughts on what diversity, equity and inclusion means to them. This edition includes an interview of Romina Lorenzo and Loreto Fernandez-Roca, Iberia Country Manager and Iberia HRBP
Europe Sustainability Trailblazers
ESG Trailblazers aims to increase the “likelihood to recommend” metric for the region.
