The mole is a unit of measurement in Chemistry. It is also called Avogadro's Number. 1 mole equals 6.02 x 10^23 atoms/particles/formula units
Atoms are very tiny and impossible to count. Scientists need a way to count these. This is where the mole comes in. The mole gives us a unit to use in counting atoms.
