Topic: Vietnam DeconolizationPre-WWII, Vietnam, was colonized by France and reffered to as French Indochina -Vietnam wanted independence Thesis: In the 20th century, Vietnam’s decolonization from France deeply changed its political structure by the unification of Vietnam. However, the long-lasting battle for independence primarily caused societal equality reforms and destroyed the industrial sector of its economy, outshining its political changes.

- Ho Chi Minh’s declaration of independence from France
- Merge of Vietnam under communist North Vietnam
