There were issues with the gas gage and we received 0 communication from the driver and get around during the rental. We subsequently contested the reading but Geraround is refusing to honour the gas we paid for and reimburse us, despite us providing evidence. Their service is not well run, the app bugs all the time, and their customer support is insufficient. We almost always have issues with Geraround every time we use their service. .

The verification process is soooooo exhausting, and at the end ! A manual verification is needed. I won't use this app again

Though I had an issue in the beginning, I was able to contact the support team and have them quickly resolve the problem. It was smooth sailing from there. I managed to find an affordable car for the duration I needed it for and had no issues with it during my trip. Would definitely recommend to others.
