Newly Staffed Team Member

A newly staffed team member is responsible for the following:

  • Acknowledging and accepting their assignment to a new project team
  • Engaging in the onboarding process initiatives by the Project Lead
  • Participating in project activities,
  • Contributing expertise
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve project objectives

The Centralized Staffing Team

The Centralized Staffing Team is responsible for the following:

  • Provides final confirmation that their direct report is able to take on a new project
  • Informs direct report of new project after Senior Program Leader notifies home manager
  • Supports their direct reports as they transition onto a new project staffed onto a project
The Centralized Staffing Team aligns available resources with project needs and ensures equitable and efficient staffing decisions.

Home Manager

The Home Manager is responsible for the following:

  • Provides final confirmation that their direct report is able to take on a new project
  • Informs direct report of new project after Senior Program Leader notifies home manager
  • Supports their direct reports as they transition onto a new project staffed onto a project
The Home Manager may also collaborate with Project Leads and the Centralized Staffing Team to ensure successful project outcomes and team member development.

Project Lead

The Project Lead is responsible for the following:

  • Identifies project staffing needs on their team
  • Submits staffing requests
  • Approves staffing proposal from a Team Lead Perspective
The Project Lead is also the primary point of contact with the Centralized Staffing Team.
