STEP 1: Identify Needs

PROJECT LEAD determines project needs.

*Do you need any of the following for a project?

  • Flex Team Members
  • Facilitator/Coach
  • Project-Based Contractor

STEP 2: Submit Request

PROJECT LEAD fills out Staffing Request Form. To staff facilitators or coaches, please submit AT LEAST one month before the services are to take place.

Continue with the Centralized Staffing Process.

Contact Talent Acquisition.

STEP 3: Create Proposal

CENTRALIZED STAFFING TEAM creates staffing proposal for project. Allow 1-2 business days for the Centralized Staffing Team to review your request and submit their proposal.

STEP 4: Review Proposal

PROJECT LEAD selects “Adjustment Needed” and reaches out to the Sr. Executive Operations Associate via email, who elevates it the Centralized Staffing Team to come up with a solution.

PROJECT LEAD approves, rejects, or flags proposal within 3 business days of being notified that proposal is ready.

STEP 5: Confirmation/Concerns

SENIOR PROGRAM LEADER will reach out to the Team Member’s Home Manager, and the Home Manager will confirm or raise concerns

STEP 7: Onboard

STEP 6: Reach Out

PROJECT LEAD onboards team members to the project. See full OP.016_Staffing a Program Project Team SOP for details.

HOME MANAGER reaches out to the new team member to inform them of their role.
