Use a comma after introductory/signal words

1. Finally, I went to the store. 2. First, I plan on becoming a nurse. 3. However, he played ball until 9pm. 4. Furthermore, Barbie's goal is to become a doctor.

Use a comma after the word yes/no before a sentence

Use a comma to separate items of three or more things
