1. Right click on the entry you want to copy and a pop up will appear. Click Duplicate.

2. In the Engineers drop-down box, select all the engineers you want to duplicate this set up to. Alternatively, leave the drop down blank to duplicate this set up to all engineers’.

3. A pop up will appear allowing you to filter on Depots, Departments and Engineers. You can select multiple entries for each category.
4. Clear and copy an engineers' day
4. If any filters have been applied to this page, the filter icon will change colour.

2. Press the Clear Day button. A pop-up notification will appear asking if you are sure you want to clear the entire day for all these engineers.
3. Set advanced filters
3. Select Clear and the available hours for that day will be removed for all engineers.

1. Set an engineers' available working hours
1. To copy the available hours for an entire day for all your engineer’s, select Copy Day.
2. Delete or duplicate an engineers' available working hours
2. A pop-up will appear, asking you to insert the date range, engineers, and days of the week that you want to copy this set up to.
3. Set advanced filters
3. Once you have entered the necessary criteria, press Apply. The day’s set up will now be mirrored for the criteria you have selected.
