Example of Routing via Rule

An Email comes in, this is the Trigger as it fulfills the need for a "Communication is received".

The Conditions of our rule are met because the message body contains matching words (several Spanish words) in our Conditions list.

Because our Condition is met, Action is taken by routing the conversation to the Spanish Inbox. So by design, our rule controls routing when messages of this nature are received.
