3. DILG Bldg Construction Implementation – Completion of DILG Building Construction project/s per RO vis-a-vis the Expected Completion Time and the Period of Fund Validity
4. Management Report – Rate of submission of RO Management Reports covering October 2023 to September 2024
5. LFP Performance (Delivery Rate) – Number of Completed and Ongoing Projects over the Total Number of Projects covering 2023 LFPs
6. LFP Performance (Completion Rate) – Number of Completed projects over the Total Number of Projects covering 2023 LFPs
7. RAPID Growth Project Reporting – Rate of submission of RO Farm-to-Market Infrastructure (FMI) Status Reports under RAPID Growth Projects covering October 2023 to September 2024
