AND IN THE WORLD ?

How other countries handle with the concept of gun control : it is autorized or forbidden ? or maybe restricted ? How are consequences compared to USA ?

How gun control is regulated by law ?2 countries to demonstrate the United of Kindgdom and Israel

pros and cons : debate

2 SIDES : WHY PROS DEFEND GUN CONTROL, WHY CONS WANT THE END OF GUN CONTROL ?

PRO GUN CONTROL

CONS GUN CONTROL

vs

These pros defend the gun control in the goal to own weapons and use them if it's necessary

These anti-gun control want the end of regulation of sale and use of firearms in the USA

8 Reasons to keep the gun control

  • A symbol of independence of the USA (saving the country by weapons)
  • "How to stop a guy with a gun? With another guy with a gun"
  • A militia prepared for war (citizens defend the state)
  • Help the economy of the USA to develop considerably
  • +10 000 jobs in the business of firearms
  • Reduce illegal arms trafficking (fewer weapons obtained off the shelf)
  • Strictly regulated by law (Constitution and regular review by judges)
  • Feeling protected in the country

8 reasons to end gun control

  • Frequent mass killings
  • A police force just as armed, and sometimes less than citizens
  • Too many weapons in circulation (even proposed weapons for children)
  • An arms lobby harmful to the country (influence law)
  • 33,594 deaths by firearm in USA in 2014 (compared to France in 2014 which count only 1594 death by firearms)
  • 265 millions of weapons in the whole USA (the highest record in the world)
  • An easy attack on American institutions
  • Easiers access to weapons for the incapacited

THE IMPOSSIBLE GUN CONTROL REFORM

During Barack Obama's term in office, he tried to reform gun control but failed in the face to lobbies The influence of the NRA through its number of activists made it possible to block this reform

06

And here the conclusion

So what conclude about this gun control ?

PERSONAL OPINION

Gun control under the wrong influence

Today it is impossible to see any reform in the face to power of the lobbies. The law seems to go in their favor Gun control in the U.S takes a potentially dangeroous turn

A FUTURE CIVIL WAR...

With citizens armed to the teeth, a political escalations can create a war in the heart of American cities Weapons fuel war

Those who love peace must learn to organize as effectively as those who love war

Martin Luther King
