Intro
Eftool It's not just a planner; it's a personalized, adaptable toolkit for educators. Teachers can customize lesson plans, adapt content to student needs, and streamline their workflow, all within a user-friendly interface.
Empathize: Understanding Teachers' NeedsIn the Empathize phase, we delved deep into the challenges faced by physical education teachers. Through interviews, observations, and research, we gained profound insights into their struggles with lesson planning, personalization, and time constraints.
Design Thinking is not just a process; it's a mindset that puts the user at the center of innovation. It's about empathy, ideation, prototyping, and testing.
Define: Defining the Problem and User Needs
With empathy as our foundation, we moved to Define. Here, we synthesized our findings, identifying key problems such as the lack of personalized planning tools and the need for adaptable teaching resources. This phase solidified our understanding of what Eftool needed to address
Ideate: Generating Innovative Solutions
Ideation was a dynamic phase where creativity flourished. We brainstormed ideas on how Eftool could empower teachers, encourage collaboration, and enhance the quality of physical education. This phase sparked the vision that drives Eftool's core features today.
Prototype: Bringing Ideas to Life
Prototyping allowed us to rapidly transform concepts into tangible forms. We created rough sketches, wireframes, and clickable prototypes of Eftool's interface. This hands-on approach enabled quick feedback loops, refining our design based on real user interactions.
Test: Iterative Refinement
Testing was pivotal in ensuring Eftool met the mark. We conducted user testing sessions with teachers, gathering valuable feedback on usability, functionality, and overall experience. This iterative process helped us refine Eftool into a user-centric platform.
