Bosch has five state-of-the-art cGMP certified manufacturing plants located in Karachi, Pakistan; with separate and dedicated manufacturing areas for the following:

Whistle Blowing

All concerns are to be reported in writing through email. All concerns raised will be treated in confidence wherever required. If the report is true and well-intended, the whistle-blower has nothing to fear because the report shall be in the line of duty towards the Company and/or for those to whom we provide our services.

Confidential Information & Data Integrity

Employees have a responsibiity to protect information considered confidential by the organization. Some examples are as follows:

  • Pricing or salary information

When entering sterile areas of the factory please be sure to be following dresscode protocol as follows:

  • Sterile Gowns / Coveralls
  • Bouffant caps / Hairnets
  • Cleanroom Shoes / Shoe Covers
  • Any further instructions given as per protocol

Sterile Area

  • Shalwar Kameez
  • Formal trousers or dress pants
  • Stoles or scarves
  • Mild fragrances permitted
  • Dress sandals, preferably with straps.
  • For Non-GMP areas: subtle and appropriate jewelry is permitted.

Female Attire

  • Collared, full-sleeved shirts and dress pants.
  • Ties and jackets are encouraged.
  • Ties are compulsory for all Sales Force staff.
  • Mild fragrances are permitted.
  • Dress/Formal shoes.

Foundation

Bosch Pharmaceuticals was founded in 1994, being the first plant in Pakistan with three dedicated sterile areas and pioneer manufacturer of cephalosporins.

Reporting of Violations

If any employee is suspicious of violation of company policies and procedures, they must report immediately in writing at "tellus@bosch-pharma.com" The email is only accessible to the company’s Director and Head of Human Resources.

Anti-Bribery Policy

The anti-bribery law prohibits a person or a company from making an improper payment to an official to:

  • Obtain or retain business.
  • Gain any business advantages.
  • Influence the policy of any government.
  • Bear the appearance of impropriety.

Discipline at Work

Any form of conduct that threatens the security, personal safety, employee welfare, or company operations are prohibited. Acts of misconduct will result in disciplinary action - up to and including termination of employment.
