Este es un caso de Territorialización ya que a los clubes como el de "Banco Provincia", "Teléfonos" y "Ciclon Racing", son conocidos como lo dice el título solo por estar ubicados en determinada zona del barrio Guadalupe, además, estos se fundaron con el objetivo de aprender nuevos deportes y disciplinas en un entorno social agradable; y, algunos de ellos, a poder llevar a cabo estas actividades de forma competitiva a nivel provincial y hasta nacional.

En 1860, colonos alemanes llegados desde Brasil tomaron la Villa Guadalupe y la convirtieron en una colonia agrícola de legumbres, hortalizas, flores y árboles frutales. Comenzaron a poblar y para el año 1872 ya existían más de cien viviendas en esta zona, recibiendo el nombre de Colonia Guadalupe.

El hogar de Homimen: ONG que comenzó a funcionar en 1970, es un hogar para personas con discapacidad mental (la mayoría están solos). Vecinal Central Guadalupe: creada en 1940 por los vecinos, empezó siendo un club. Vecinal Guadalupe Oeste: creada en 1941. Vecinal Guadalupe Este: fundada en 1947. Vecinal Guadalupe Noreste: creada en 1998. Asociación Manzanas Solidarias: constituída como entidad civil en 2004. “Así conseguimos que los barrios del noreste de la ciudad sean reconocidos por el Reglamento Nacional de Barrios Populares”. Centro Cultural El Alero: ignaugurado en 2016.

Y mayor tasa de crímenes
En la prolongación de calle Riobamba hacia el norte hasta los arenales cercanos al agua, se establecieron un grupo de familias que conformaron “Playa Norte”. Un espacio de terrenos privados, nunca ocupados, ni atendidos por los dueños o por el Estado municipal, se transformó el lugar al que fueron empujados por necesidad, muchas familias, ya que buscaron un espacio cerca del agua y de su economía de supervivencia con la pesca. Además, la zona más hacia el norte de Guadalupe Este.
