ReWrite

Narrative

Write a short story about another significant event or person in human history from Death's perspective. Try to emulate Death's unique style of storytelling. Your story should include a general overview of the event and at least one key character that death has taken an interest in, The character can be fictional or real if you choose to do an event. Ideas: The Trail of Tears, 9/11, Hiroshima, Slavery, any war, any large natural disaster
Alternate Endings: Deviate from the original ending. Imagine an alternative fate for Liesel, Hans, or any other character of your choice. What would have changed? How would their lives unfold after the war? Rewrite the end of their story from Death's perspective. Try to emulate Death's unique style of delivery.
