Unfortunately at my current school I have noticed a pattern of our assistant principal of student behaviors faling to address incidents of student bullying or extreme student behavior reported by the teachers. Often times she takes them on a wuick 2 minute walk or discussion and returns them straight to class with no follow-up, reprecussions, or even documentation. This is creating an enviornment where teachers do not feel supported and an unsafe school culture altogether. Allowing such behaviors to persist contradicts the intended school culture of respect, empathy, and inclusivity.
